This is another sub type of Padhmasana.
- Spread a blanket length wise.
- Sit over it in the usual way.
- Place the legs as in Padhmasana.
- Place the hands in between the leg and the thigh, palm facing the ground.
- On the strength of the hands gently raise the body.
- Then come to the original position.
